HOW TO READ THE SCHEDULES

Each division will play into two separate flights during the first day, Each game for each division has a unique game number. Each bracket is uniquely named as well. This is to reduce the chance that a team will not be at the correct game and reduce the chance of a score being reported incorrectly.

So for the first day, let's say for the 12U Boys, the first game number is 12UB1 and the A bracket will be "A" and the top seed will be "A1". Note that all of the known team names are translated within the schedule so instead of seeing A1 one would see "A1-Team X". This is to reduce the chance of a team not being at the correct game.

Once the tournament begins, it would be wise to look at the results page since as the games are played and the scores are recorded and the teams are advanced, the team names will be placed within the advancement schedules after the bracket references to reduce the chance of a team not being at the correct game.

After the first day, the teams will be placed into the two separate flights for each division based on how they have performed during the first day. The top flight will be the Platinum flight and the next flight will be the Gold flight. Just think about how much more Platinum costs than Gold in case you get confused on which is which.

Since each game must have a unique game number, the first game number for the 12U Boys Platinum will be 12UBPt1 meaning 12 & Under Boys Platinum (Pt) game 1. Similarly the first game for the Gold flight will be 12UBAu1. The periodic table symbols for Platinum (Pt) and Gold (Au) are used throughout to abbreviate the game numbers which is some cases are not so abbreviated.

Similarly the brackets are labeled PtA and AuA with the top seed being PtA1 and AuA1 for each flight respectively.

If you are not following this please do not worry; just look for your team's name and go to that game.

Now for the schedules. They are supplied in two formats: PDF and Excel. Unless you are experienced with Excel, just use that format for viewing. If you start moving the games around to will most certainly change things as there are numerous formulas within the worksheets which will move the teams around incorrectly when you save it to you computer. The 48 team divisions should be printed on legal sized paper. All medal games will be at the William Woollett Aquatics Center, so in the individual schedules the 3rd and 1st place games for each division have no time reference; you will need to look at the BOYS MEDAL GAMES link below.
