2008 NJO ADMISSION POLICIES, PROCEDURES & PRICES

The admission procedures will be as follows:

1) There will be different colors and styles of wristbands to designate teams, local staff, overall staff, and the different kinds of spectators depending on which day or which admission is purchased.

2) Every person (10yrs. or older) not in the water must have their wrist band on at all times while within the confines of any of the venues. Those without bands will be asked to exit and purchase admission to re-enter.

3) Athletes will have their genre of wristband but will remove while changing to enter the water. At all other times  when not in competition attire they must wear their band while inside the facility.

4) For team accreditation, exactly enough bands will be issued in accordance with the number of coaches and athletes on a team's VERIFIED ROSTER, up to three coaches and up to 15 athletes. Note that these people must be on the verified roster meaning that they are either USA Water Polo athlete members who qualified for this event or USA Water Polo coaches registered as such.

5) Some venues will have separate spectator and coach/athlete entrances. Please follow the signs at each venue. There will be separate team and spectator entrances at William Woollett AC and there will be rosters at the team entrance to verify those entering with team wrist bands.

6) Lost wristbands will not be replaced but may be purchased at the going 4-day or day pass rate (whichever is cheaper depending on what is needed) corresponding to the age of the person who lost the band.

7) Since the girls' athletes must pay admission to watch the boy's championships, the same will be true for the boys' athletes. This is also the same as it was for the NJO's last year. However we recommend that the opposite gender athletes contact any of the sub-hosts to see if they need volunteer support so that you might be able to watch the games around your volunteer slots.

8) This is the largest event of its kind in history offering more games for the teams and more medal games as well due to the dual flights for each division. Some teams will get up to 11 games in four days (average of 9.99 games per team for the 48 team divisions) so the value is there for both the athletes and spectators.

Pre-Sale accreditation may be picked up either at the Expo on Friday, July 25th for the boy's events or on Wednesday July 30th for the girl's events at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa at 3050 Bristol St., Costa Mesa, CA 92626, or at any time after the respective events begin at the William Woollett Aquatics Center, 4601 Walnut Ave., Irvine, CA 92612. The Woollett AC opens its doors at 7:30AM each day.

ADMISSION PRICES:
Note: Cash Only at the door. Admission may be purchased at any venue and is valid at any venue for that day or days, depending on what is purchased. Credit Cards may be accepted at Woollett after July
28th.
